Respectful access to services
MySeema is committed to providing services without unlawful discrimination, including on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, religion, or another characteristic protected by applicable law. We treat people with dignity and respect.
Language and accessibility assistance
Tell us if you need an interpreter, another language, an accessible format, or an adjustment to a communication channel. Contact support@myseema.com or (415) 727-3362 so we can discuss arrangements appropriate to your situation. When applicable law requires language assistance or auxiliary aids without charge, we provide or arrange them without charging you for the required assistance.
For care delivered through a healthcare organization, MySeema coordinates requests with that organization and its assistance process. A relative or a bilingual navigator is not automatically a qualified medical interpreter. Do not assume that assistance is limited to languages listed in marketing materials; ask about your needs.
How to raise a concern
Email support@myseema.com or call (415) 727-3362 and ask for review of a discrimination or access concern. Include the service or page involved, what happened, when it occurred, and how we can contact you. An authorized representative may help. You do not need to submit a complete medical record.
We route the concern to the responsible team, review the available information, and communicate the response and any next steps. You may request further review if the response does not resolve the concern. We do not retaliate against a person for raising a concern, requesting assistance, or participating in a review.
Other complaint options
You may also use your healthcare organization’s grievance process or contact a government agency with jurisdiction. Where federal civil-rights protections enforced by HHS apply, complaints may be submitted through the HHS Office for Civil Rights complaint portal. You do not need to finish MySeema’s review before using an available external complaint process.
Specific legal and contractual requirements vary by service. This statement does not replace any additional notice, translated notice, aid, or grievance procedure required for a covered healthcare program. For website barriers, see our Accessibility Statement.
