Our story
After his mother Seema went to the ER, Shahzil Amin saw how much his family was trying to carry. He and his sister were already translating and advocating at appointments. He started MySeema to bring knowledgeable, patient support alongside families and their doctors.
Someone still has to make the next call, find the right office, coordinate the records, ask the question, and check whether the next step happened. Our family lived that work before we built a company around it.
Today, MySeema provides care navigation and care management through partner clinics, ACOs, and health systems, and directly to families. The setting changes. The responsibility to pay attention stays the same.

Our care team includes medical assistants and nurses working under agreed protocols. Navigators coordinate and document the work; clinical concerns follow the partner’s RN review and clinician escalation pathway. Reporting keeps follow-through visible.
